Environmental Assessment Practitioner

Marcel joined the ENVASS team in June 2023 and holds a B.Sc. Hons. Environmental Management degree and B.Sc. Environmental and Biological Sciences degree from the North-West University. He is registered as an Environmental Assessment Practitioner (EAP) with the Environmental Assessment Practitioners Association of South Africa (EAPASA).

He has experience in conducting Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA’s), Basic Assessments (BA’s), Public Participation Processes (PPP’s), and Compliance Monitoring. He also has experience in Applications for Water Use Licenses and Waste Management Licenses.
