Gerdes obtained his BSc Honours degree from North-West University and has over six years of experience in water assessments, license applications, and technical reporting. His key skills include groundwater modelling, GIS analysis, flood assessments, and drilling supervision. He is proficient in software such as MODFLOW 11 and ArcMap. Retha Weir is a highly accomplished Environmental Consultant with over 30 years of experience in industrial environmental consultancy. She specializes in conducting environmental assessments, ecological studies, environmental training, audits, and management systems. Retha effectively leads projects and manages teams while upholding high professional standards, as demonstrated by her membership in the International Association of Impact Assessment South Africa (IAIASA) and the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions (SACNASP).
