Dawid Smith

Environmental Consultant

Dawid Smith joined the team in June 2023. He completed a BSc in Environmental and Biological Science followed by a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Science and an MSc in Environmental Science specialising in vegetation species identification, and analyses of soil microbial, physical, and chemical characteristics to determine mine rehabilitation success. He is a Professional Registered Scientist (SACNASP) with extensive experience in compliance monitoring which include project management, scientific report writing, monitoring program design, data management and data evaluation, project-related research, and recommendations on site-specific environmental management.

He started in his current position as Environmental Consultant and aims to register as an Environmental Assessment Practitioner (EAP) as soon as he has enough relevant project experience. He is a total petrolhead and thoroughly enjoys a round of golf with friends.
