Carl joined the ENVASS team in 2013, he obtained a BSc degree in Environmental Science and a BSc Honours in Environmental Management from the North-West University. He is professionally registered with the South African Council of Natural Scientific Professionals (SACNASP).

He has comprehensive experience in and knowledge on environmental legislation, specialist works and environmental auditing, successfully completing various audits pertaining to: Environmental Legal Compliance; Water Use Licence, EMP Performance and GN 704 assessments.

He manages all business-related activities of the company including but not limited to;

Business Process:

• Develop initiatives for continuous business process improvements
• Design, develop and implement business processes to achieve organization goals
• Track and communicate status of business initiative projects to management.
• Monthly Business Process reporting
• Plan, implement and monitor business process changes for projects
• Update business processes to meet changing business needs
• Manage and oversee the development of the company strategy
• Coordinate with cross-functional team to develop business process requirements.
