Compilation of plans incorporating all aspects associated with the planning, maintenance, and regulation of facilities which collect, store, or convey storm water. Storm water management is the mechanism for controlling storm water runoff for the purposes of reducing downstream erosion, water quality degradation, and flooding and mitigating the adverse effects of changes in land use on the aquatic environment.
