Natural selection

Environmental Assurance (Pty) Ltd has a well established operating arm referred to as the “Natural Selection” division. This division of the organization focuses on the identification of environmental knowledge and skill available in the market place and placement of the individual or the group of individuals on an operating area within a performance boundary.

The division keeps a data base of over 300 potential appointments, all of which have different fields of expertise and qualifications, able to fulfil a particular function and role on a short, medium or long term basis.

The placement of an Environmental officer / manager / co-ordinator is associated with an initial in depth analysis of the operating requirements. This not only provides crucial information toward the final individual appointment but also toward the actual empowerment of the person with tools, techniques and general references.

Environmental Assurance (Pty) Ltd would thus place an individual on site, fully equipped and linked to an agreed on work schedule. A standard monthly charge would apply although variable costs such as transport, accommodation and other unforeseen expenses could also apply. The client always has the option to exchange the placement should certain uncontrollable inadequacies arise.
