An environmental legal register evaluates compliance with environmental legislation at the specific operation 'company'. The report is set out as follows:
- Name of applicable legislation
- Brief explanation detailing key requirements of the legislation
- Evaluation compliance statement: shows whether, and in what way, the company is compliant with the legislation. Examples are given where observations have been made during the site investigation.
