EMP Performance Assessments
The scope of the EMP audit is defined in the Monitoring Schedule of the EMP and in terms of Reg 55(3)(a-g), this assessment contains the minimum information as indicated below;
- Information regarding the period applicable to the assessment
- The scope of the assessment
- The interpreted information gained from monitoring the approved environmental management programme
- The evaluation criteria used during the assessment
- The results of the assessment
- Recommendations on how and when non-compliance and deficiencies will be rectified
- Any other relevant or required information
