Aspect Impact Registers
An Aspects & Impacts Register is a list of environmental aspects, associated impacts (pre and post control) and controls, sorted in order of the highest to lowest impact. Environmental Aspects and Environmental Impacts can be defined as follows: Environmental Aspect: Element of an organisation’s activities, products or services that can interact with the environment.
Environmental Impact: Any change to the environment, whether adverse or beneficial, wholly or partially resulting from the organisation’s activities, products or services.
